Cheeseburger Pasta

A healthier version of hamburger helper with a bit of a kick.

Ingredients

  • 1lb (0.45kg) ground beef

  • 2 cups rotini noodles

  • 1 10oz can tomato soup

  • 1 soup can of water

  • 1 medium green or red pepper - chopped

  • 1 med tomato - chopped

  • 1 Tbsp clubhouse tex-mex seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in a pot and drain.

  2. Stir in soup, water, and pasta.

  3. Heat to boiling, stirring often.

  4. Stir in tomato, pepper, & seasoning.

  5. Cover & cooking on low-med head until pasta is tender.

  6. Top with cheese.
