A healthier version of hamburger helper with a bit of a kick.
Cheeseburger Pasta
Ingredients
1lb (0.45kg) ground beef
2 cups rotini noodles
1 10oz can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 medium green or red pepper - chopped
1 med tomato - chopped
1 Tbsp clubhouse tex-mex seasoning
Instructions
Brown beef in a pot and drain.
Stir in soup, water, and pasta.
Heat to boiling, stirring often.
Stir in tomato, pepper, & seasoning.
Cover & cooking on low-med head until pasta is tender.
Top with cheese.
